03. Equity — Our AI Chat Assistant

EQ
Equity — J Rod's Mortgage Assistant
Powered by Anthropic AI | Online — Automated Assistant

Equity is an AI-powered automated chat assistant — not a human, not a licensed loan officer. Equity is designed to provide general mortgage education, collect basic lead information, and connect you with J Rod for personalized advice.

Important limitations: Equity does not determine your eligibility for any loan program. Equity does not provide rate quotes, approvals, or personalized loan recommendations. Any general examples provided are for educational purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to lend, an offer of credit, or a guarantee of terms.

All specific loan determinations, rate discussions, and eligibility reviews are performed exclusively by licensed mortgage professionals.

How Equity Conversations Are Processed

Conversations with Equity are transmitted securely to Anthropic, PBC (the company that powers the underlying AI) for processing. Anthropic processes your messages to generate responses. By chatting with Equity, you acknowledge that your conversation content is processed through Anthropic's API infrastructure. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data and can be reviewed at anthropic.com/privacy.

Conversation Storage

Mortgage Scope Financial Corp. stores chat transcripts on our secure server infrastructure (Hostinger) for compliance and audit purposes, as required under applicable federal and state mortgage regulations. Stored transcripts may be reviewed by licensed personnel and compliance staff. Transcripts are retained for a minimum of 3 years consistent with mortgage brokerage recordkeeping requirements.
